How Nicholson AI collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.

Nicholson AI, LLC ("Nicholson AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at nicholsonai.com. We respect your privacy and keep what we collect to the minimum we need to answer you, deliver what you asked for, and run our business. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, business or company name, email address, phone number, industry, and a description of what you are trying to solve. When you use our free AI Scorecard, we collect your email address and your answers. When you book a call through our scheduling link, we collect the name, email, and time you provide. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
If you become a client and pay an invoice, payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card or bank account numbers on our website. Stripe handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This tool uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your general location (city or region, not your exact address), the type of device and browser you use, and the site or search that referred you. This information is aggregated and helps us improve the site. We also use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly web analytics, which does not use cookies. We use the information we collect to respond to your questions and requests, deliver the resources you asked for (such as the AI Scorecard results or a toolkit download), schedule and prepare for calls, provide and improve our services, send you information you requested, and keep our website secure and working properly. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job. These include Formspree (delivers our contact form submissions to us), Google (Analytics, and Google Workspace and Calendar for email and scheduling), Stripe (payment processing for clients), and Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and privacy-friendly analytics). Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer you, provide our services, and meet legal or tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hilary@nicholsonai.com. You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can decline analytics cookies using the banner on our site or your browser settings, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Our site is served over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we rely on reputable providers with their own security practices. No website or method of transmission is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our site may link to other websites and tools we do not control. This policy does not cover those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be reflected here.
