What cookies we use on nicholsonai.com, why, and how to control them.
Last updated July 18, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Nicholson AI, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on nicholsonai.com. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information, such as your preferences or how you use the site. Similar technologies, like browser local storage, work the same way. Some are needed for the site to function; others help us understand how the site is used.
We keep our use of cookies limited. We use them mainly to measure how the site performs so we can improve it. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell the information they collect.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they find us. It sets the following cookies:
These cookies collect information such as pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and the referring site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
We also use Cloudflare's web analytics to measure basic traffic. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites, so there is nothing to accept or decline for it.
When you choose "Accept" or "Decline" on our cookie banner, we store that choice in your browser's local storage so we do not have to ask you again on every page. Storing your preference is necessary for the banner to work and is not used for tracking.
You are in control of analytics cookies. You can choose "Decline" on the banner shown when you first visit, which turns Google Analytics off for your visits. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the site.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top.
